Courtney and Matt

Well, its that time of year again. The time where I try and catch up on all the things I didn’t get a chance to do the previous year and one of those things is blogging. I always love presenting a wedding this way so that you can see how the day went down from start to finish. The moments I personally found to be really meaningful or beautiful.

Last year I decided my top priority was to work on my delivery time for all clients. I wanted my turn around to be the fastest possible and I seemed to accomplish that for most of the year. As fall approached (which is our busiest time of year) something had to give and that was blogging.

So without further adieu, here is Courtney and Matt’s fall wedding at the gorgeous Jabulani Vineyard in Stittsville. This venue might be one of my favourites to work with. Not only that but this venue was just the perfect place for Courtney and Matt to get married. It was very them!

Together these two have been through more than most. Matt serves our country (bless him) and was gone for most of the wedding planning. Courtney held down the fort back home while going to school, working, and raising their gorgeous daughter. Matt’s vows to Courtney were so raw and real that I think all of the guests, myself included cried. He mentioned that she might not see herself as perfect, or that she feels shes not getting everything right, but in his eyes, he saw the strongest, most loving mother, wife, and partner. That he couldn’t see himself with anyone else, and most of all that he was proud of her.

I absolutely love the two of you, and can’t wait to see where life takes you!
